Abstract. The rationality of industrial and chemist's manufacture antiseptic agents application in a multiple-discipline hospital working according to offcial record system was evaluated using the AВС/VEN analysis. Highest expenses were established for the formulations in the group of chemist's manufacture antiseptics.

Key words: antiseptic agent, offcial record system, pharmacoeconomics, formulation.

PDF downloadUse of scalene assays for estimation of неаrt rate variability at patients with the unstable atrial fibrilation and the ventricular tachycardia

N.B. Amirov, E.V. Choukhnin

Аbstract. An estimation of parametres HRV at an unstable ventricular tachycardia and fbrillation of auricles at use of scalene assays. We had been surveyed 87 persons, from which 48 persons (51±10 years), have made control group. The group with an unstable ventricular tachycardia, according to daily record of electrocardiogram (3 and more ventricular complexes successively), has included 16 persons (57±7 years). The group with unstable fbrillation of auricles (3 and more supraventricular complexes successively) has made 23 persons (58±8 years). Research was spent on a complex of daily monitoring of an electrocardiogram «DNK and K» with the program of variability of a heart rate by means of what defned: the heart beats at night (the minimum HB) and at load height (the maximum HB), depression ST, parametres VLF, LF, HF (for three-minute intervals of time) — both in rest, and on a load, a root-mean-square deviation (SDNN) for days. The program of exercise stresses included step lifting on 2, 3, 5, and 9 foors with rest possibility necessarily. For an estimation of features of psycho-emotional reaction projective colour Lusher test (preference certain colour shades) was carried out. Disturbances of vegetative regulation are most expressed in group VT (both sympathetic, and parasympathetic reaction), in the group of AF is rising of a parasympathetic tonus, reaction takes place — is not broken. Differences of psycho-emotional reaction, according to Lusher test , in analyzed groups are not present. It is necessary to use scalene assays for the standardised estimation of parametres HRV.

Key words: Heart rate variability, ventricular tachycardia, atrial fbrillation, scalene assays.

V.V. Gilyazeva, A.I. Shaikhoutdinova

Abstract. The aim of the present research is to estimate the follow-up of chronic periodontitis treatment with calcium hydroxide. Forty-eight patients with destructive forms of periodontitis have been observed within 2 years. In 68% of cases after 2 years rather large periapical lesion showing complete regeneration, in 32% determined by X-ray is only a slight reduction in the size of the hearth.

Key words: periodontitis, calcium hydroxide, root canals.

PDF downloadVasoactive function of endothelium in patients with copd and opportunities of its medicamental correction

N.A. Kоuzоubova, A.Yu. Gichkin, V.E. Perley

Abstract. A chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is one of the important problems of public health services. However, data on a functional activity of endothelium and infuence of anti-infammatory therapy on endothelial dysfunction at COPD patients are presented insuffciently. The aim of the present study was the determination of infuence of anti-infammatory treatment on endothelial function (endothelin-1 level and results of Celermajer manoeuvre) in 90 severe and moderate COPD patients. The system endothelium dysfunction was found in 60% of patients. The degree of endothelial dysfunction was decreased after anti-infammatory treatment.

Key words: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, beclomethazone, fenspiride, endothelial dysfunction, endothelin-1.

PDF downloadNeurovegetatic regulation of cardiorespiratory functional system at patients with bronchial asthma

V.N. Marchenko, V.I. Trofimov, V.A. Alexandrin, G.B. Fedoseyev

Abstract. Neurovegetatic regulation of cardiorespiratory system was estimated at 320 patients with bronchial asthma (BA) and 250 healthy persons. Parameters of heart rhythm variability were analyzed. The decrease of parameters of variability of heart rhythm at patients with BА was established at all ranges of a spectrum of heart rhythm fuctuations. These changes increased with severity of disease and activity of infammatory process in bronchi and depended on age and sex of patients. The heterogeneity of patients with BА was proved based on the initial vegetative tonus in heart rhythm regulation. Interrelations of sympathetic and parasympathetic contours of heart rhythm regulation carry sinergic character. The active role of variability of heart rhythm is proved in BA pathogenesis.

Key words: bronchial asthma, variability of heart rhythm, neurovegetatic regulation, cardiorespiratory pattern.

The article presents analysis of respiratory function and test with a six-minute walking in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in 3 months after complete vaccination against pneumococcus, H. infuenzae type b and infuenza compared with unvaccinated patients with COPD. 1 group — 48 patients with COPD, vaccinated simultaneously «Pneumo-23», «Hiberiх», «Grippol plus» (mean age — 61,46±1,17 years). Group 2 — 80 non-vaccinated patients with COPD (mean age 54,65±0,6 years). In 3 months after complete vaccination in patients with COPD noted positive dynamics in terms of forced vital capacity at 2-nd and 4-th stages of COPD, forced expiratory volume in the frst second with 2-nd, 3-rd, 4-th stage, a test with six-minute walking at 1-st, 2-nd, 3-rd stages of COPD.

Key words: vaccination, chronic obstructive lung disease.
