Agreement on co-financing activities on publication of the mass media - the journal "The Bulletin of Contemporary Clinical Medicine"

IMC "Contemporary clinical medicine" LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", represented by Chief Executive Officer Amirov Nail Bagauvich, acting under the Charter, one party, and ______________________________________________________________.

_______________________________________________________________, hereinafter referred to as "Customer", represented by____________________________________________, acting under __________, another party, have signed this contract on the following:

 

  1. Subject of the agreement

1.1 The Parties cooperate in the issue of a mass media - periodical printed publication "The Bulletin of Contemporary Clinical Medicine" (hereinafter referred to as the Journal) with the aim of systematic synthesis of scientific observations, development of theoretical foundations and promotion of best practices in the field of modern medicine.

1.2 The Parties shall collaborate to finance, prepare, publish and distribute the Journal through consolidation of human, scientific, practical, and logistical capabilities on the terms defined by the legislation of the Russian Federation and this agreement.

1.3. The Parties have agreed that: 

1.3.1 The Journal shall be published in Russian and English languages with a frequency of at least 6 times a year with a print run of at least 00 copies; as well as electronic version freely available on the website of the Parties;

1.3.2 The Journal is intended for distribution throughout the Russian Federation, near and far abroad;

1.3.3 Distribution of the main print of the Journal is commercial, part of the print determined by the additional agreement between the Parties shall be distributed between the Parties and is intended for noncommercial distribution;

1.3.4. The Editorial Board of the Journal is not a legal entity. The Editorial Board of the Journal shall be composed of employees of the Parties having a degree in medicine;

  1. Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties

2.1 In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, LLC "IMC" BCCM":

2.1.1 Participates in the preparation, publication, and distribution of the Journal;

2.1.2 By creating necessary conditions, promote the participation of its employees in the activities of the Journal's editorial board and preparation of articles;

2.1.3 Finance the publication of the Journal and Appendices in the form of monthly donations to the Journal's account in the amount of ___ 000.00 rubles (______________ thousand rubles 00 kopeck) per month

2.1.4. Is entitled to have one (1) scientific article placed in each issue of the Journal and/or one (1) Appendix to the Journal with a total manuscript volume not exceeding ____ pages of A4 format executed in accordance with the Rules of the Journal for authors.

2.1.5. Have other rights and responsibilities related to the status of a mass media co-publisher in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation

2.2 Relations between the parties and the Editorial Board (Editor-in-Chief) of the Journal shall be regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Charter of the Journal and (or) the agreement between the founders and the Editorial Board (Editor-in-Chief) of the Journal. 

3 Liability of the Parties

3.1 The Parties shall be liable for non-performance or improper performance of obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

  1. Terms of validity and procedure of termination of the Agreement

4.1 This Agreement shall enter into force upon signature by the Parties and shall remain in effect indefinitely.

4.2 A Party intending to withdraw from the Journal's co-founders shall notify the other Parties in advance in writing of its intention to terminate this Agreement.

  1. Final provisions

5.1 The rights and responsibilities stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the editorial board (Editor-in-Chief) of the Journal arise from the moment this Agreement is concluded.

5.2 Upon signing of this Agreement, all prior negotiations, correspondence, preliminary agreements, and acts on issues in one way or another relating to this Agreement shall become null and void.

5.3 Any agreement between the Parties, which entails new circumstances not arising from this Agreement, or entails the change of obligations (or conditions), must be confirmed by the Parties in the form of a supplementary agreement to this Agreement.

5.4 All disputes arising as a result of the performance of this Agreement, arising from it or related to it, shall be settled, if possible, by negotiations between the Parties.

5.5 If the Parties fail to reach any agreement, the dispute shall be resolved in the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Note. The amount under the Agreement can be changed upon the agreement of the parties. 

Another form of co-financing can be transferring funds to the current account with the note "Sponsorship of scientific publications" or "Charity".

All funds received from sponsors will allow to cover part of the publishing costs and, as a consequence, reduce the payment for publications by authors. 

NOTE: Publications in the Journal “The Bulletin of Contemporary Clinical Medicine” ensure a rapid increase in your personal Hirsch index, which is the primary widely recognized quantitative characteristic of a scientist's productivity.
