Abstract. The frst operational experience with pandemic fu is generalized. Preliminary recommendations about rendering of medical aid and treatment of patients are made. Features of conducting pregnant women are discussed. Recommendations about intensive therapy are given.

Abstract. Therapeutic training and outpatient observation of patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) contribute to their better treatment compliance and more favorable prognosis for the disease. Aim: to determine the importance of training and outpatient observation in optimization of treatment of patients with CHF developed after Q-myocardial infarction. 80 patients with Functional Classes I—IV CHF were divided into two groups: the 1st group was of active management (n=40) and the 2nd group was of standard management (n=40). All patients underwent therapeutic training. Patients of the active management group were followed-up outpatiently by means of telephoning once a month. They were administered ACE inhibitors -Lisinopril (Listril, Dr.Reddy’s, India) as a part of complex treatment. Patients of the standard group management were not followed-up on a regular basis. Examination of the patients was carried out during visit 1 (week 0), visit 2 (week 24), visit 3 (week 52). Therapeutic training and dynamic patient monitoring adherence to treatment allowed to highly impact on patients’ treatment compliance. Patients of the active management group showed better results in quality of life, and in the 6-minute walk test. They also showed the slowing down of the heart remodeling progression in comparison to the patients of the standards management group. Active management of the patients with CHF within one year enabled to decrease the number of unfavorable events due to progression of CHF (by 40,2%) as well as destabilization of IHD (by 12,4%) compared to the patients of the standard management. Being administered as a part of complex treatment, Lisinopril proved to be highly tolerant and effcient.

Abstract. Amplitude parameters of QRS complex are studied by means of electrocardiotopography in 42 healthy persons and 53 patients with left anterior hemiblock (LAH). For LAH redistribution of zones of I and II half of dipole circular motion, reduction of overlaping zones, appearance of qr zone in the right upper-anterior part of the chest, decreasing of amplitude of R wave on the anterior surface and increasing on the posterior upper-left area, increasing of amplitude of S wave on the lower anterior-left level of registration, more frequent appearance of multipolarity with registration of additional maximum of electropositivity, decreasing of the amplitude of all waves of QRS complex are typical. New additional diagnostic criterion of LAH is proposed, with high sensitivity, specifcity and informativity.

Abstract. Study focused on the effect of mildronate therapy on clinical and functional parameters in the acute period of myocardial infarction (MI) with an assessment of life quality at 80 patients. It in fxed that including of mildronate to the complex therapy of MI congenially infuences to the ST segment dynamics in the acute period MI, allows to increase tolerance to patients with moderate, promotes improvement of systolic ability of a left ventricle, improvement life quality and well tolerated by patients.

Abstract. Studying of effciency, shipping and convenience of application of a preparation of the combined preparation of biasten at 36 patients, easy bronchial asthma easy, average and heavy severity level at its use as a uniform inhaler for basic and symptomatic therapy was a research objective. Research included a clinical and functional estimation of symptoms. It is proved that use of a uniform inhaler of biasten in adequate doses considerably reduces expressiveness of a short wind, cough, frequency of attacks of asthma, improves indicators ОФВ1 at good shipping of a preparation.

Abstract. The analysis of medical examination of health condition of frst-year students of 2008—2009 is present by the coordinated efforts of teachers-doctors and based on the results of their psychological tests. According to these fndings about 24% of arrived students are healthy, 86% have some functional abnormalities and chronic disorders. The system is introduced the monitoring level of psychic and somatic health and psychologic-pedalogical supporting allows to get current information about the quality of training at any link of persistent education and put into practice the correction of academic year in educational institutions in time.

Abstract. A clinical and electromiographical trial of 58 patients with syndrome of fdgety legs (SFL) was carried out. A refex
activity of a brainstem was investigated with the method of registration and analysis of early (R1) and late (R2) responses
of a wink-jerk (WJ). The analysis of the amplitude-temporal factors of SFL-patients allows to make a conclusion that the
patients with «constant» clinical variant of SFL have a breach of a refex excitability of supraspinal department of nervous
system.

Abstract. The analysis of fatal outcomes from community acquired pneumonia in the main hospitals of Kazan in 2008 with an estimation of medical help quality and the factors which have affected development of the given outcome has been done. Defects of the anamnesis, objective and laboratory investigation of patients have been revealed. The leading role in the development of the subsequent fatal outcome was played by late hospitalization, underestimation of the patients severity, an accompanying pathology and inadequate antibacterial therapy.

Abstract. Questioning 181 doctors of polyclinics and hospitals of Kazan and Tatarstan Republic on diagnostics and treatment of community acquired pneumonia has been done. As a whole doctors have shown high enough level of knowledge of the given problem. Analysis of the widespread mistakes will allow to improve further medical-diagnostic approaches to management of this pathology.
