Abstract. In article questions of an estimation of quality of medical aid taking into account satisfaction of the patient by quality of medical aid, methods of studying of satisfaction of the patient quality of medical aid, the problems arising in the course of the analysis of the data, received are discussed during carrying out of mediko-sociological monitoring by the cardiological patients. Necessity of carrying out of mediko-sociological monitoring at regional level is underlined.

Abstract. Presents an analysis of the demand for ambulance with the reason «poorly with a heart». It is shown that the reason «poorly with a heart» of acute coronary syndrome is 10.7% for men and 6.4% for women. Timeliness of appealability population with acute coronary syndrome depends on the sex, and the timeliness of emergency depends on the time of them within 24 hours.

Abstract. The state of the cells and their membranes is one of the most studied characteristics of human pathology including cardiovascular diseases and in the first place, essential hypertension. Intensity of cell state characteristics and their correlation are different in premorbid state and in case of disease. As constituent parts of the most discussed membrane theory of essential hypertension are energy deficiency and transmembrane potential decrease, determining of these characteristics by new methods based on electrochemical biosensors might help both early diagnosing of these states and defining therapy features depending on cell membrane changes intensity determined by zeta-potential. This study is first in Russia so acquired experience is important for population-based and clinical studies.

Abstract. Studying of structure of a pancreas on different terms of an ischemia at preliminary introduction xymedone was an objective of this research. Research is spent by means of histologic methods, and also methods ЭПР – and NMR – spectroscopy. It is established that at introperitoneal introduction xymedone in a 3,3mg/kg dose ischemic damages to structure of a pancreas of a cat develop more slowly, than without application xymedone. Proceeding from the above-stated, it is necessary to offer use xymedone in quality protector means in complex treatment ischemic pancreatic necrosis.

Abstract. Rating system of departments and faculty KSMU was developed in 2008 and is working in our University for 5 years. It consists of approximately 50–80 indicators in key for KSMU areas. Based on the calculation of all points the overall score determines the position (ranking) of each employee, depending on the scientific degree. Department rating is calculated as the sum of points of all employees, divided by the payroll. The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of this system.

Abstract. The article summarizes data from different researches on etiology and diagnostics of dirofilariasis, describes current epidemiological and epizootic situation in the Amur Region. The increase in registered cases of dirofilariasis can be explained by several epidemiological, ecologic and climatic factors, such as high level of invasiveness in dogs, which are the end hosts of the parasite, a great number of the carriers and the warming of the climate. A case study of dirofilariasis is added to remind the practitioners of this rare case of helminthiasis.
