Any reprinting and copying of the author's or advertising materials is possible only with the permission of the editorial board of the journal "The Bulletin of Contemporary Clinical Medicine".

- SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
1.1 The subject of this contract is paid services of the Contractor to place the Customer's materials (article "__________________________________________________________
__________________________________________________________") in the journal "The Bulletin of Contemporary Clinical Medicine" ___/2022. The amount under the contract is _________.00 (_____________________ thousand) rubles 00 kopecks.
- CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PLACEMENT OF MATERIALS
2.1 Participation in the placement of materials of the Customer is performed under a written order of the Customer, containing conditions on the amount, type, timing of publication, in accordance with the information letter on the Rules for the authors of the journal.
2.2. The publication order signed by the Employee of the Customer is considered valid and creates rights and obligations directly to the Customer (Art. 402 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
2.3 The written document shall be considered to be valid if the Order for participation in publication placement is received by the Contractor in facsimile form or by e-mail. In this case, the facsimile or electronic analogue of the Customer's (his employee's) signature is equal to the original (p.2, art. 160 of the RF Civil Code).
2.4. In the case of changes or additions to the order, the Customer must transmit information about it not later than 30 calendar days before the issue of the next issue of the magazine. Changes are accepted in writing or by fax, or e-mail.
- CONTRACTOR'S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 The Contractor undertakes:
3.2 To be responsible for the placement of the publication in the Journal within the prescribed time frame.
3.3 The document confirming the fulfillment of his/her duties by the Contractor is the "Act of Completion" submitted within 3 (three) days after the issue of the Journal, in which the publication is placed.
3.4 Timely, in accordance with clause 5.2 of this Agreement, to provide the Customer with Acceptance Certificates of the services rendered.
- RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER
4.1. Customer's Responsibilities:
44.1.1 Pay the invoice issued by the Contractor according to section 6 of this contract.
4.1.2 Provide the Contractor the documents confirming the right to place data in specialized medical journals (licenses and certificates) in cases stipulated by law.
4.2 Rights of the Customer:
4.2.1 The Customer has the right to make changes to the order in accordance with clause 2.4 of this contract.
- PROCEDURE FOR DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICES
5.1 Not later than 5 (five) working days from the moment of publication of the Journal issue in which the Customer's publication is placed the Contractor is obliged to submit to the Customer for signing the Acceptance Act of the services rendered.
5.2 Within 3 (three) working days from the moment of receipt of the Acceptance act from the Contractor the Customer shall be obliged to sign this Act or submit a reasoned refusal.
5.3 If the Customer within three (3) working days does not sign the Acceptance Act of the services rendered and does not provide a reasoned refusal to sign the Act, the services shall be considered to be rendered with proper quality.
- TERMS OF PAYMENT
6.1 The Customer shall pay for the work performed by the Contractor on conditions of 100% prepayment within 3 (three) banking days according to the invoice issued.
6.2 The cost of services under this Agreement shall be determined according to the Contractor's price list valid at the time of signing the Agreement and shall be agreed upon by the parties in Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement. In case of the Customer's refusal to participate in the publication, recalculation and refund under this Agreement shall not be made.
6.3 Participation of the Customer in posting the publication is allowed upon receipt of money to the current account or cashier of the Contractor.
6.4 The date of payment is considered to be the day of receipt of money to the account or cash desk of the Contractor.
- RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
7.1 In case the Contractor fails to publish in due time, the Contractor is obliged to ensure that the declared materials are properly published in the following issue of the Journal within the period agreed with the Customer.
7.2 The Contractor is not responsible for mistakes or unreliability of information made by the Customer or through the fault of the Customer.
7.3 The Customer is liable to the Contractor and third parties for violation of the law.
7.4 The Customer shall compensate to the Contractor the material damage incurred by the latter (sums recovered by court and imposed fines), and also other costs incurred by the Contractor due to non-compliance of the given materials with the current legislation of Russian Federation.
7.5 Liability measures of the parties not stipulated in this Contract shall be applied in accordance with the norms of the legislation in force on the territory of the Russian Federation.
- CONTRACTUAL PERIOD
8.1. This contract shall come into legal force from the date of its signing by the parties and shall be valid until December 31, 2021. The contract is automatically renewed for the next year, if 15 days before the expiration of the contract, neither party has not notified the other in writing of its intention to terminate it.
- OTHER CONDITIONS
9.1 Disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved in the arbitration court in RT in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
9.2 The parties may use facsimile or electronic reproductions of the original signatures, seals, content (text) of the relevant documents (hereinafter referred to as a facsimile or electronic copy) in the performance of this contract.
The facsimile or electronic copy of the document is considered reliable if it reproduces the original document in full (without exceptions), including the signature of the authorized officer of the party to the contract and the seal of the organization; directed from the telephone number or e-mail address registered for facsimile or electronic communication and specified in the facsimile or electronic copy. Each party is obliged to take all necessary measures to preserve and account for the originals of documents transmitted by facsimile or electronic communication and immediately provide them by postal communication to the other party upon its request.
If the party that provided the true facsimile or electronic copy fails to provide the original of the document reflected in such copy, the facsimile or electronic copy shall be deemed true.
9.3 The parties have agreed that all information related to the execution of this contract is considered confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties, except for government agencies with the appropriate authority.

- SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
1.1 The subject of this contract is paid services of the Contractor to place advertising modules of the customer in the journal "The Bulletin of Contemporary Clinical Medicine" in the amount of _________ advertising modules and/or advertising articles in the amount submitted according to the rates provided by this contract and the Annex: Rates for advertising in the Journal.
- CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PLACEMENT OF ADVERTISING MATERIALS
2.1. Participation in the placement of the Customer's advertisement is based on a written order of the Customer, containing the terms of the amount, type, timing of advertising, in accordance with the information letter on the Rules for the Journal authors, and the price list for advertising in the Journal.
2.2 Order to participate in advertising, signed by the Employee of the Customer, is considered valid and creates rights and obligations directly to the Customer (Art. 402 of the Civil Code).
2.3 The written document shall be considered to be valid if the order for participation in advertising is received by the Contractor by fax or email. In this case a facsimile or electronic analogue of the Customer's (his employee's) signature is considered equal to the original (Clause 2 of Article 160 of the Civil Code).
2.4 In case of changes or additions to the order the Customer has to report about it not later than 30 calendar days before the following issue of the Journal. Changes are accepted in writing or by fax, or by e-mail.
- RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTRACTOR
3.1. The Contractor undertakes to:
3.1.1 Arrange the placement of advertising in the Journal within the prescribed time frame by his own efforts.
3.1.2 The document confirming that the Contractor has performed its duties is the "Act of Completion" submitted within three (3) days after the issue of the Journal, in which advertising was placed.
3.1.3 Timely, in accordance with clause 5.2. of this contract, to provide the Customer with Acceptance Certificates of the services rendered.
- RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER
4.1. Responsibilities of the Customer are to:
4.1.1 Pay the Contractor's invoice in accordance with Section 6 of this Contract.
4.1.2 Provide the Contractor documents confirming the right to place advertising in specialized medical magazines (licenses and certificates) in cases provided by law.
4.2 Customer has the right to:
4.2.1 Amend the order in accordance with clause 2.4 of this contract.
- PROCEDURE FOR DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICES
5.1 Not later than 5 (five) working days from the moment of publication of the Journal issue in which the Customer's publication is placed the Contractor is obliged to submit to the Customer for signing the Acceptance Act of the services rendered.
5.2 Within 3 (three) working days from the moment of receipt of the Acceptance act from the Contractor the Customer shall be obliged to sign this Act or submit a reasoned refusal.
5.3 If the Customer within three (3) working days does not sign the Acceptance Act of the services rendered and does not provide a reasoned refusal to sign the Act, the services shall be considered rendered with proper quality.
- TERMS OF PAYMENT
