Abstract. The article presents the historical aspects of inpatient care in the health of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Tatarstan. Structure and organizational aspects introduced, main achievements of clinical hospital FKUZ MSCH of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs summarized. Inpatient care is carried out since 1984 in the new buildings of multidisciplinary hospital. The latest methods of diagnosis and treatment for patients are introduced. Teaching staff of the Kazan State Medical University and Kazan State Medical Academy consult patients. Great importance is attended, as to the system of post-patients rehabilitation, and primary and secondary prevention. In the organization of work the hospital uses modern technology quality management-specifc departmental health. The effciency of the functioning of the implemented quality management system is showed.

Abstract. This article covers the activity of the clinical hospital gastroenterology department Medical Unit Russian Interior Ministry in the Republic of Tatarstan for 5 years from 2009 to 2013. Examples from clinical practice are given. Found that the optimization of the gastroenterology department at the examination and treatment of patients — police offcers must follow the recommendations, accepted in the compulsory health insurance.

Abstract. Ischemic kidney disease long time has no specifc symptoms in connection with what is detected at advanced stages of chronic kidney disease. Early diagnosis of ischemic nephropathy determines the success of the treatment of these patients will not only reduce the incidence of end-stage renal failure, but also to change the fate of the patients.

Mathematical forecasting of the current of the chronic dermatosis at the staff of department of internal affairs

Abstract. Results of an expert assessment of dynamic supervision of staff of Department of Internal Affairs are presented in article with chronic pathology of skin. By means of the theory of probability and mathematical statistics, in particular the method of recognition of pathological processes, developed the unifed algorithm for studying of infuence of a chronic dermatosis on professional activity of the employee, allowing to carry out individual forecasting of a course of a disease.

Effectiveness of «Aquarelax» contactless hydromassage bath use in complex treatment of patients with back pain

The research has been conducted, studying the effectiveness of contactless hydromassage bath «Aquarelax» use in complex treatment of the patients with back pain, speicifed with vertebral patology. The results obtained came to be positive and proved that studied method is suitable and effective way of back pain treatment and therefore should be included in complex therapy.

Locked intramedullary osteosynthesis of the ulna and radius shaft fractures

Abstract. The treatment analysis of 27 patients with shaft ulna and radius fractures (free with compound ulna and radius fractures) after locked intramedullary osteosynthesis fxation had been made. External immobilization didn’t applied, passive motions recommended after 2—3 days, active movements after 10—15 day post op. Any non unions of the bone fragments didn’t revealed.

Psychoemotional features of patients with diabetes

Abstract. One of the most widespread chronic diseases of our time is the diabetes posing not only threat to life of the patient, but also the factor infuencing quality of life. Diabetes is accompanied by early disability, an invalidization, leads to development of heavy complications and decrease in resource stocks of the patient. The analysis of literature shows that questions of studying of diabetes concern generally a somatic condition of patients. The works devoted to an assessment of mentality at diabetes, very few, they have separate character, are insuffciently deep and systematized that is caused by complexity and a polymodality of a subject of studying. Besides, not enough attention is paid to a differentiation problem in a nosology of patients, including a role of different types of diabetes during and a disease outcome though it is proved that the psychological relations in many respects determine the potential of the personality and are her driving force.

Abstract. Aim of the study. To tap differences during arterial hypertension at persons with and without diabetes mellitus. Material and methods. Investigated 50 people — 24 with arterial hypertension, 26 — arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Results. Values of a lipid range authentically between patients of two groups authentically didn't differ, except digits of the general cholesterol which was higher at patients with existence of disturbances in carbohydrate metabolism. Level of urinary acid also between groups didn't differ. Concentration of a creatinin was higher at persons with a diabetes mellitus, but in limits. All average indicators for systolic and diastolic arterial pressure in day and night hours were registered at authentically higher level at the persons having the combined pathology. But, reliable differences in indicators characterizing the sizes of heart and mass of a myocardium of a left ventricle, between groups it isn't taped. Conclusion. It is necessary more carefully and to exercise dynamically control of lipid and carbohydrate exchanges, indicators of activity of fltration activity of an organism, level of arterial pressure for the purpose of prevention of emergence of catastrophic consequences from heart and kidneys.

Abstract. Injury of the colon by the abdomen wounds remains an actual problem of the abdominal surgery because of the high risk of severe post-operational complications. In the capacity of the predominant cause they give the intestinal stiches inconsistency, its frequency increases with intensifcation of the microcirculatory violations (bleeding, shock, wound area). Using of the complex intravenal and intramesenterical infusion of the perfuoranum at the gunshots of the colon contributes to optimization of the preparative processes of the colon anastomoses, mainly by means of correction of the microcirculatory disturbances.

Comparative characteristics of incidence diseases of the eye and adnexa in Russian Federation, the Siberian federal district and Altai nerritory

Abstract. The goal is to conduct a comparative analysis of the overall incidence of total and adult population of the Russian Federation, the SFO and the Altai Territory, as well as enforcement offcers and to determine rank place of eye diseases and adnexa in the structure of classes of diseases. Material and мethods. The data of annual statistical reports on the incidence and total adult population of the Russian Federation, the Siberian Federal District of medical institutions of the Altai Territory in 2003—2012. Carried out to the copy data from stattalonov outpatient ophthalmology clinic receiving IFL Russian Interior Ministry in the Altai Territory. Results and discussion. Revealed that the incidence rates of total and total adult population of the Russian Federation, the SFO and the Altai Territory tend to rise. Indicators of overall morbidity among police offcers are relatively stable. Conclusions. The total level of morbidity and total adult population of the Altai Territory, including diseases of the eye and adnexa, above this level in the Russian Federation and the SFO.

Abstract. Cover the activity of the endoscopic department in Clinical Hospital Medical Unit of the Russian Interior Ministry in the Republic of Tatarstan for the 5-year period. Found that in the absence of contraindications endoscopic methods are fast and reliable method of diagnosis. The possibilities of endoscopy as a screening method of choice for gastrointestinal cancer pathology are discussed.

Abstract. The purpose of the study — to study the effect of topical application of recombinant interferon alfa-2b for the content of cytokines in the saliva of patients with infuenza A / H1N1. Material and methods. In patients with infuenza A/ H1N1pdm09 mild to moderate severity (70) conducted a double-blind, placebocontrolled trial with a topical application of the gel «viferon» (recombinant interferon alpha-2b) due to the standard basic therapy. In a mixed unstimulated saliva at 1 and 7 days of illness studied levels of proinfammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα), interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interferon gamma (IFNγ). Results and discussion. It is shown that in patients with infuenza A/H1N1pdm09 observed a signifcant increase in salivary TNFα, IL-1β, IL-6, IFNγ. In the study group of patients with a topical application of recombinant interferon alfa-2b with basic therapy, on day 7 of the disease occurred in the normalization of saliva studied cytokines. In the control group (patients who received standard treatment and placebo gel viferon) content in the saliva of IL-6 and IFNγ, compared to the main group and controls (healthy individuals) remained signifcantly elevated. Conclusions. Complex treatment of patients with infuenza A/H1N1pdm09 with a topical application of the gel viferon is more effective than routine basic therapy, as evidenced by the normalization of the content in the saliva of proinfammatory cytokines on the 7th day of the disease.
